Our practice combines senior institutional leadership experience with doctoral-level research on TNE governance and institutional dynamics. We work at the intersection of strategy, regulation, and partnership governance — the space where international education initiatives succeed or fail.

For programme initiatives, our core team is augmented by specialist associates with deep expertise in areas including immigration compliance, financial modelling, academic quality assurance, and student recruitment.
